Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator had previously expired but was subsequently extended on mutual consent of the parties and lastly expired on July 10, 2024. Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the volume of the materials to be considered by the learned Arbitrator as well as the stage of the arbitral proceedings, AP-COM/681/2024 is allowed, thereby extending the mandate of the learned Arbitrator for one year from July 10, 2024.
