The Court:- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 24th September, 2019 left behind by the above named deceased.

The mother of the deceased predeceased him. The daughter is the executrix. The widow has consented to the grant. One of the attesting witnesses of the Will said to have been left behind by the abovenamed deceased has appeared pursuant to the notice issued to him and has filed an affidavit to prove the Will in common form. There is no objection from any of the heirs in intestacy. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (b) of the petition.

The petition for grant of probate stands disposed of, accordingly. (ARINDAM MUKHERJEE, J.) snn
