1. An application has been filed in the connecting writ petition praying for deletion of the name of Nihar Chandra Acharyya, respondent no.2 as he had expired during the pendency of the proceeding before the Bar Council of West Bengal.

2. Today, it has been brought to the notice of the Court that one Nirmal Acharyya, who was one of the complainants before Bar Council of West Bengal has not been impleaded as party in the instant writ petition.

3. It appears that there are several errors in the writ petition.

4. As prayed for by the learned advocate representing the petitioner, leave is granted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition on the self same cause of action upon proper and better particulars.

5. The writ petition stands dismissed as 'withdrawn'.

6. Accordingly, connected application being GA/1/2025 stands disposed of.
