Defendant The Court : On 24th March, 2022 when the matter was listed none appears on behalf of the plaintiff and no accommodation was prayed for. The matter was again listed on 6th April, 2022. On the said date also none appears on behalf of the plaintiff and no accommodation was sought for. For the ends of justice, the matter was adjourned till 19th April, 2022.

When the matter was listed today none appears on behalf of the plaintiff and no accommodation was called for. By order dated 6th April, 2022, it was clarified that in case none appeared on behalf of the plaintiff on the date fixed, appropriate order would be passed.

In view of the above, this Court has no other alternative but to dismiss CS 149 of 2010 for default.

Stay order, if any, is hereby vacated.
