Learned counsel for the parties submit that due to the intervention of the pandemic in the meantime, the schedule of the arbitration proceedings could not be maintained. As such, an extension is sought.

Keeping in view the submission of learned counsel, since the prayer is justified, as is the ground for extension,

the mandate of the arbitrator is extended till December 31, 2023.

AP/259/2023 stands disposed of accordingly.
