The Court: An adjournment is sought for on behalf of the Official Liquidator to take instructions in the matter. The case details appearing wrongly appearing in the cause list today should be BIFR/101/1989 instead of BIFR/ 101/1987. It is submitted on behalf of the Official Liquidator that the registered office of this company situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court, State of West Bengal. Hence, this Court has no jurisdiction the entertain this matter. In view of the above submission, the department is directed to transfer all the records pertaining to this BIFR case to the Hon'ble High Court at Gauhati.

The Department is directed to correct the records insofar as this Court is concerned, BIFR case no. 101 of 1989 wrongly shows BIFR/101/1987. The matter stands disposed of to this extent. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.) Arsad, AR(CR)
