The petitioner seeks extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator, which was previously extended by mutual consent of the parties on August 31, 2023 for a period of six months thereafter. Such extended period expired, as such, on June 30, 2024.

Keeping in view the fact that the arguments have been concluded and only the award is left to be passed, AP/126/2024 is allowed, thereby
