The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the award holder that no purpose would be served in proceeding with this execution application since the exact particulars and whereabouts of the award debtor remains unknown. In such circumstances, EC/348/2018 stands dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the award holder to file a fresh execution application if the circumstances so warrant in accordance with law. Liberty is also granted to the award holder to take back a copy of the original award after replacing of the same with a photocopy thereof. All interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
