The Court: This is an application for rectification of the impugned mark "Park Now" bearing registration no. 2471113 dated 19 October, 2015. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the impugned mark has been withdrawn and the instant application has for all practical purposes become infructuous.

On behalf of the respondent Controller, it is submitted that the impugned registration has automatically expired on 19 October, 2025. In such circumstances, nothing survives in this application, IPDATM/239/2023 stands dismissed.

Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

A copy of the e-mail received by the Advocate appearing for the petitioner be kept with the records. The respondent authorities are directed to take all consequential steps within a fortnight from the date of communication of this order.
