O R D E R

1.

The present application has been filed for appointment of an arbitrator with reference to dispute arising between the parties with reference to an agreement dated December 17, 2018.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the parties submitted that with reference to the dispute arising in terms of an earlier agreement dated June 24, 2019, this Court vide order dated March 24, 2021 in AP No.145 of 2021, appointed Mr. Sarathi Dasgupta, Advocate as the sole Arbitrator.

The submission is that the same advocate be appointed as the Arbitrator to resolve the disputes with reference to the agreement dated December 17, 2018.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, Mr. Sarathi Dasgupta, Advocate is appointed as Arbitrator to resolve the dispute arising out of the agreement dated December 17, 2018. 5.

The Arbitrator shall be at liberty to fix his remuneration to be shared equally by the parties.

6.

The application stands disposed of.
