The Court : Pursuant to earlier orders of Court, the award-debtor has made payment of the entire principal amount of Rs.22,31,532.60/- which has been duly accepted by the award-holder. The award-holder has also handed over a pay order dated 23rd November, 2023 for the remaining amount on account of principal.

In view of the payment of the entire principal made and in view of the submissions made on behalf of the award-holder, nothing survives in this application.

In such circumstances, EC/356/2019 stands disposed of. GA/2/2022 also stands disposed of as infructuous. The aforesaid payment made in full and final settlement of the awarded amount. The award stands satisfied.
