The Court : This is an application for execution of an award dated 30th March, 2016 for an amount of Rs.19,36,050.57/-. The matter has been pending since 2018. Different orders have been passed from time to time. No portion of the awarded amount has yet been satisfied. The matter has been heard on numerous occasions.

By an order dated 9th October, 2023, this Court had directed the awardholder to serve the award-debtors and file an Affidavit of Service. There has been no service effected till date. There is no other mode nor manner for satisfaction of decree which can be passed on this application. In view of the aforesaid, EC/351/2018 stands disposed of by granting liberty to the award-debtors to file a fresh application if the circumstances so warrant and after obtaining necessary particulars. Liberty is also granted to the award-holder to take back a copy of the award after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.) S.Bag
