The Court : Notwithstanding the order dated 30 January, 2019 directing the judgment debtor to cause substituted service by way of paper publications, no steps have been taken by the judgment debtor till date. In view of the indolent and casual approach of the award holder, EC/352/2018 stands dismissed.

Liberty is granted to the award holder to file a fresh application in accordance with law.
