The Court : The order under contempt has been complied with. The Joint Special Officers have submitted a copy of the minutes by which possession of the four rooms in the ground floor in terms of the order dated 24th June, 2025 has been made over to the defendant no.1. A copy of the minutes dated 25th July, 2025 filed in Court today is taken on record. Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt application.

However, it is clarified that the orders passed in this civil suit and connected applications shall not cause any prejudice to either of the parties to the suit in the criminal proceedings initiated by them, if any. The contempt application is disposed of.
