Counsel for the plaintiff submits that he has got a communication dated 25th April, 2024 from the plaintiff that the plaintiff does not want to proceed with the matter and requested the counsel for the plaintiff to withdraw the suit.

On the basis of the communication dated 25th April, 2024, counsel for the plaintiff prays for withdrawal of the suit. In view of the submission made by the counsel for the plaintiff and on the basis of the communication, CS/80/2022 is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, all the pending applications being GA/4/2022 and GA/7/2023 are dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
