2. An application was made by the petitioner for settlement of dispute before Micro Small Enterprises Facilitation Council on 25th November, 2024. The petitioner alleges that the said reference has not been disposed till date.

3. Reliance has been made on Section 18(5) of the MSME Development Act, 2006 which prescribes ninety days as the time limit for disposal of the reference. The said time period has long expired.

4. In the absence of the respondents it is not possible for the Court to decide the issue conclusively.

5. In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the respondent no.3 to take immediate steps in accordance with law for disposal of the reference made by the petitioner at the earliest but positively within a period of ninety days from the date of communication of this order.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
