1. Mr. Majumdar, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the writ petition was filed challenging the attachment of the bank account of the petitioner vide notice dated 27th March, 2025 for the petitioner having not paid the TDS demand, however, subsequently the petitioner having complied with such demand, attachment order has been withdrawn.

2. Though Mr. Mitra, learned Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that he does not have any instruction in the matter, however, having regard to the fact that the petitioner's grievance has already been met by reason of withdrawal of the order dated 27th March, 2025, as claimed by the petitioner, I am of the view that there is no necessity for retaining the writ petition in the file of the Court.
