Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the matter has been settled out of Court and hence, pray that an order of injunction passed by a Co-ordinate Bench on 13th June, 2023 in respect of the show-room no.G-4 on the ground floor at the premises no.26, Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata - 17 may also be vacated. Counsel also places an order of a Division Bench dated 18th July, 2023 which records the fact of settlement being arrived at between the parties and that the decree-holder will not pursue the execution application.

In view of the above subsequent developments, EC/257/2023 is disposed of.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated and the order dated 13th June, 2023 stands vacated.
