Details of the prayer made before the respondent authority concerned will appear from the said representation.

Considering the submissions of the parties, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent Assessing Officer concerned to consider and dispose of the representation dated 25th August, 2021 in

accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorised representative, within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate its decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

This Court has not gone into the merits of the aforesaid representation and the Assessing Officer shall consider the same strictly in accordance with law.
