It is submitted on behalf of the award-holder that the parties have settled their disputes out of Court. In such circumstances, the award-holder does not want to proceed any further with this application. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the award-holder, ECCOM/238/2024 stands dismissed. Liberty is granted to the award-holder to take back the original certified copy of the award dated 24 August, 2022.

Liberty is also granted to the award-holder to file an appropriate application if the subsequent circumstances so warrant in accordance with law. All interim orders stand vacated.
