The Court:- Learned Counsel for the defendants prays for accommodation and extension of time to comply with the Order dated 15th January, 2025. It is further submitted that in view of pendency of appeal, the appeal is pending. However, the Order dated 15th January, 2025 speaks for itself; it is categorically stated that in case of failure to deposit the amount, the Order should stand vacated and the decree holder should be at liberty to draw up execution proceeding.
