The Court: This is an assigned matter following the Assignment Order dated December 18, 2025 from the office of the Hon'ble Chief Justice. However, it appears that this writ petition was disposed of on July 28, 1966. Thereafter an application was taken out by the petitioner being GA/1/2022 seeking certain reliefs. The said application was dismissed by a learned Single Judge of this Court by an order dated June 13, 2022. Following the dismissal, APOT/67/2022 was preferred by the petitioner. The appeal Court allowed the appeal by an order dated November 3, 2022.

The fact remains that the present writ petition remains disposed of and, as such, no further order needs to be passed. Therefore, let this matter go out of the list without any further order.
