The Court:- Despite service, none appears for the respondent. Affidavit of service filed in Court today be kept on record. It is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioners that the respondent is not appearing before the learned Arbitrator as well. As such, no further service is being directed. Upon being satisfied of the volume of materials to be dealt with by the learned Arbitrator and the stage of the arbitral proceeding, AP/131/2024 is allowed, thereby extending the mandate of the learned Arbitrator for a period of eight months from May 15, 2024.
