..for the respondent The Court: GA-COM/6/2024 along with AP-COM/100/2024 are disposed of in terms of prayers (a) and (c) made in GA-COM/6/2024, which are as follows:

(a) A.P. No.199 of 2007 (State of West Bengal v. Afcons Infrastructure Limited) be disposed of by recording the full and final settlement arrived at between the parties in the above matter (A.P. No.199 of 2007) and in A.P.

No.195 of 2007 and A.P. No.216 of 2006 as recorded in the minutes of meeting dated 29-04-2024 and 09-07-2024.

(c) It further be recorded that the parties have no claims against each other as far as disputes arising out of A.P.No. 199 of 2007 and in A.P.No.195 of 2007 and A.P. No.216 of 2006.

It is also recorded that payments in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties have already been made.
