The Court: The award-holder submits that it has been able to trace immovable assets of the judgment-debtor under the jurisdiction of the District of Nuh, Haryana.

In view of the same, the award-holder wishes to withdraw the execution application and file afresh before the appropriate Court. In view of the above, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate Court having the jurisdiction over the immovable properties of the judgment-debtors.
