The Court: The police authorities have filed a Report indicating that the judgment-debtor is extremely unwell and bedridden. It further appears from the Report that the judgment-debtor is not in a position to be produced before this Hon'ble Court. The matter is at a stage of Examination of the Judgment-Debtor.

In view of the aforesaid Report, there is no scope of examining the judgment-debtor any further.
