The Court: Learned Advocate for the plaintiff in CS 210 of 2019 submits that, the plaintiff wishes to withdraw CS 210 of 2019 in view of the plaintiff filing a suit on the self-same cause of action in the Commercial Division.

In such circumstances, CS 210 of 2019 is dismissed as withdrawn in view of the plaintiff filing a suit in the Commercial Division. Consequently, IA No.GA/1/2019 and IA No.GA/3/2021 along with any other interim applications pending in the suit stand disposed of. Points raised in the suit are kept open.
