The parties had consented to the extension of the mandate by a period of six months which expired on May 12, 2025. It appears that the arbitration has reached an advanced stage. For the ends of justice, the mandate of the learned arbitrator is extended by a further period of one year from the date of communication of this order, to enable the learned arbitrator to make and publish his award.

AP 115 of 2025 is disposed of accordingly.
