The Court:- The parties filed a Terms of Settlement dated 29th August, 2025 duly signed by the plaintiff and his advocate-on-record and the defendants and their advocate-on-record by which they have settled all disputes being the subject matter of the suit. The original Terms of Settlement is placed before this Court which is taken on record.

On a plain reading the compromise appears to be lawful, let a decree be passed in terms of the Terms of Settlement. The Terms of Settlement shall be treated as part of the decree.

The suit is accordingly disposed of.

Since the suit is being decreed and disposed of, all pending applications filed in the suit also stand disposed of without any further order. The Department shall draw up decree as expeditiously as possible. (ARINDAM MUKHERJEE, J.) snn.
