In paragraph 5 of the order dated December 16, 2025, Hon'ble Justice Bhaskar Bhattacharya, former Chief Justice of Gujarat High Court be replaced by Hon'ble Justice Subhro Kamal Mukherjee, former Chief Justice of Karnataka High Court, to act as an arbitrator on account of Justice Bhattacharya expressing his difficulty to commence arbitration for personal reasons. The other portions of the order remain unaltered.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
