...for the petitioner The Court: Counsel for the petitioner is present. The petitioner has filed the instant application praying for amendment in the affidavit-of-assets by including the shares as mentioned in page 60 "c-3" of the instant application.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that by an order dated 20th September, 2018, this Court granted probate and on 5th December, 2018 registry has issued probate in favour of the petitioner but recently on 14th March, 2023, the petitioner came to know about the physical share which is appearing at page 60 "c-3"and prays for addition of the same in the affidavit-ofassets. In view of the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner and considering the application and the documents, prayers (a) to (c) of the Master's Summons are allowed.

GA/1/2023 is disposed of.
