The Court: The basis of the present contempt petition arises out of three alleged contumacious acts by the alleged contemnors. These relate to digging up the driveway of the premises in question, digging up the back garden of the said premises and installation of CCTV Camera. According to learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, all these three amounted to disturbing the peaceful possession of the petitioners and disrupted the peaceful ingress and egress in relation to the property.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the alleged contemnors, it appears that the digging and repair work has since been completed and the petitioners do not wish to make issues of these acts any further. With regard to installation of

the CCTV Camera, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners should have the liberty of installing a CCTV Camera from their own expenses for security reasons. Such liberty is given to the petitioners. Since nothing further remains in the contempt petition, CC No.52 of 2021 is accordingly disposed of.
