...for the respondent The Court: It is pointed out that the instant application has been wrongfully filed under APO/ 478/1989 instead of APD/478/1989. Though it is submitted that the aforesaid mistake originates from an order passed by this Court indicating to have been passed in APO/478/1989 but the impugned appeal was registered as APD/478/1989, such typographical error cannot be allowed to perpetuate.

We, therefore, grant leave to the petitioner to correct the number of the appeal here and now.
