Mr. Abir Lal Ghosh, Adv. Defendant The Court:- This is a suit for recovery of money. The plaintiff has claimed an amount of Rs.12,99,543/- alongwith interest @24% per annum from 19th August, 2020 to 28th February, 2022.

The claim of the plaintiff arises of out a price of goods sold and delivered. The respondent is represented and submits, upon instructions, that the entire principal amount aggregating to Rs.12,99,543/- is admittedly due and payable by the respondent to the plaintiff. It is also agreed upon by and between the parties that the entire principal amount shall be paid in six equal monthly instalments, the first of which shall commence from 7th June, 2022. Insofar as the interest component which is payable by respondent, the quantum of interest

is settled @8% per annum from 19th August, 2020 to 28th February, 2022. The amount of interest shall also be paid by the respondent in six equal monthly instalments commencing from 15th June, 2022. In case of any one default, the plaintiff is entitled to execute this decree in accordance with law. In view of the aforesaid directions, GA/1/2022 stands disposed of. Accordingly, nothing survives in CS/87/2022. Hence, the suit stands decreed. Let a decree be drawn up on the basis of the aforesaid directions expeditiously.
