The Court: Supplementary affidavit filed in Court today is taken on record. The affidavit indicates that the order dated October 3, 2024 passed by my predecessor Judge has been complied with.

Rs.248,96,87,215.81 has been deposited by bank draft before the learned Registrar, Original Side, High Court on October 18, 2024.

In view of such deposit, the arbitral award dated January 3, 2024 and the supplementary award dated February 16, 2024 shall remain stayed till the disposal of the application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 being AP-COM/630/2024. This application (AP-COM/696/2024) accordingly stands disposed of.
