The Court : It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that this writ petition was filed challenging an order of dismissal dated 4th June, 2024. It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during the pendency of the writ petition a further show cause notice has been issued on the selfsame ground. Although it is not clear as to how a further show cause notice can be issued once an order of termination has been passed, yet, when the petitioner does not intend to proceed with the writ petition, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
