The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that steps have been taken for commencement of the arbitral proceedings and an Arbitral Tribunal has been appointed.

The Receiver is directed to continue in possession of the secured asset in terms of the order dated 24th February, 2020. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Arbitral Tribunal for appropriate reliefs. The petitioner is directed to pay the Receiver an additional remuneration of 2000 gms until further orders.
