The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration to the estate left behind by the above named deceased without the Will annexed.

After issuance of citations, no one has come forward to object to the grant of probate applied for in PLA No. 255 of 2024. The Department has issued a no caveat certificate.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (b) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 1,20,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
