..for the petitioner The Court: Counsel for the petitioner is present. The petitioner Ms. Malini Sen, daughter of Kalyan Kumar Sen, had filed the present application for grant of letters of administration to the estate of the deceased.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased died intestate on 21st May, 2011 leaving behind two daughters and one son namely Ms. Sravani Sen, Malini Sen and Kalyan Kumar Sen. The one of the legal heir has filed the present application and other two heirs have filed their consent and stated that they have no objection for grant of letters of administration to the estate of the deceased in favour of the petitioner.

Perused the application, death certificate and affidavit filed by the legal heirs.

Considering the prayer made by the Counsel for the petitioner, prayer (a) of the application is allowed subject to executing personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- with one surety after completion of all requisite formalities. PLA No. 255 of 2018 is disposed of.
