The Court: This is an application for enforcement of an award dated 27th March, 2019 for an amount of Rs.10,21,729/-. The application was filed in 2019 and repeated orders have been passed from time to time. It is submitted on behalf of the award-holder that they have been unable to effect service on the award-debtors and the award-debtors remain untraceable till date. In such circumstances, no purpose would be served in keeping this proceeding pending.

EC/377/2019 stands dismissed.

Liberty is granted to the award-holder to file an application for enforcement of the award if the circumstances so warrant and after obtaining the exact particulars of the judgment-debtors.
