The Court:- It is assured by Mr. Das that the certified copy of the order which is under appeal in BTA No. 30 of 2020 shall be supplied to the petitioner within two weeks provided that the petitioner deposits the amount demanded. The petitioner must deposit such cost as per the requirement of the Corporation. The Tribunal, in the meantime, shall proceed with the appeal on the basis of the informal copy. Under such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Corporation to supply the copy within two weeks from compliance of the formalities. The learned Tribunal shall be

restrained from dismissing the appeal on the ground that the certified copy has not been produced. The petitioner shall submit the certified copy before the learned Tribunal as soon as the same is received from the Kolkata Municipal Corporation.
