The Court: It is fairly submitted that in view of the inadvertent accidental omission on behalf of the Advocate appearing on behalf of the plaintiff, the plaintiff intends to withdraw the suit.

IP-COM/35/2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the plaintiff to file a fresh suit on the self same cause. Liberty is also granted to the plaintiff to utilize the Court fees in the suit for the purposes of filing a fresh suit. The proposed suit is to be filed positively by 1 September, 2025.
