The Court: An adjournment is prayed for on behalf of the decree-holder to effect substitution.

By an order dated 19 October, 2023, an application for substitution being GA/1/2023 stood allowed and the judgment-debtors were permitted to effect substitution and the matter was directed to appear in the Monthly List of January, 2024.

There has been no compliance with the orders of Court. It is obvious that the award holders are seeking to procrastinate the proceeding on frivolous pretexts. The omission to effect substitution in terms of an order dated 19 October, 2023 cannot be justified as inadvertence.

In such circumstances, EC/380/2019 stands dismissed. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
