The Court:- The disputes raised in this suit being CS/202/2021, inter alia, pertain to the release of a film namely "Krishna Chaitanya". Despite negotiations, the parties have not been able to arrive at a settlement. It is fairly submitted by all the parties that they are agreeable and have consented to the disputes raised in this suit being referred to arbitration.

In view of the aforesaid, Mr. Amitabh Ghosh, a member of the Bar Library Club is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes raised in this suit.

The Arbitrator would be free to fix his remuneration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The parties also agree to share all costs and expenses of the arbitration in equal share. The arbitration should be concluded as expeditiously as possible. With the aforesaid directions, CS/202/2021 stands disposed of. All interlocutory applications also stand disposed of as infructuous. Interim orders stand vacated.

Liberty is granted to the parties to approach the Arbitral Tribunal for appropriate interim relief in accordance with law. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.) S.Bag
