The Court: Heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. Parties have filed a terms of settlement and prayed for a decree in terms of the same.

In light of the above, let there be a decree in line with the terms of settlement filed by the parties.

Department is directed to draw up the decree as expeditiously as possible.

The suit being CS No.200 of 2021 is, accordingly, decreed. All interlocutory applications are also disposed of. I make it clear that the Receiver appointed by the Court is also discharged.
