THE COURT:-

1. At the time of hearing, learned Advocate for the decree-holder draws attention of this Court to the order dated August 28, 2024 as passed by the coordinate Bench. In course of hearing, on behalf of the decree-holder a copy of the letter dated November 4, 2024 written by Ms. Joyshree Ghosh, learned Advocate of the decree-holder addressed to his client who is the decree-holder herein is filed and the same is taken on record.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that during the pendency of the instant execution proceedings, the judgmentdebtor has duly paid the entire decretal amount together with interest to the decree-holder and as such, the instant

execution case may be disposed of towards the full satisfaction of the decree.

3. Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the judgment-debtor concedes with the submission of the learned Advocate for the decree-holder.

4. In view of the submission as made at the Bar, the instant execution case being EC/39/2024 is disposed of towards the full satisfaction of the decretal amount.

5. The interim order of injunction as passed on July 26, 2024 as well as any other interim order/orders, if there be any, in connection with the instant proceeding stand hereby vacated. [PARTHA SARATHI SEN, J.] dg/
