...For the Respondents The Court: Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that though the subject matter of challenge in this writ petition is the impugned order under Section 148A(d) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, petitioner is ready and willing to participate in the assessment proceeding by National Faceless Assessment Center.

Considering such submission of the petitioner, without going into the merit and legality of the aforesaid impugned order, this writ petition being WPO 1079 is dismissed for non-prosecution.
