This proceeding arises out of BIFR Case No. 41 of 1989. I find that by an order dated 22nd February, 2006 the order of BIFR dated 24th April, 2003 recommending winding up had been stayed by The Appellate Authority for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (AAIFR). In view of the non-appearance on behalf of the parties, BIFR/41/1989 stands dismissed for default.
