The Court: Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the arbitration is commenced. Accordingly, she prays that the present Section 9 application bearing AP No.191 of 2022 may be disposed of. In light of the above submissions, AP No.191 of 2022 is disposed of. The interim orders passed on 29th April, 2022 and 6th June, 2022 shall continue for a period of four weeks or until further orders passed by the learned Arbitrator whichever is earlier.
