Counsel for the respondents submits that for the long time none have appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It reveals from the order dated 7th June, 2022 that the petitioner has not appeared on that date and, accordingly, the matter was listed in the warning list.

In spite of listing the matter in the warning list, none appears on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the above, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the instant application. In view of the above, AP/550/2011 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
